Yummm, Cake

New Years resolutions are made to be broken, right?  But just in case you plan on sticking to yours, and if it involves, oh I don't know, dieting or healthier living, then I have a recipe for you.  As quilters we are always attending one sewing group or another and inevitably there is food, really good, yummy food.  If it's your week to bring the dessert I made this pineapple cake recently and just have to share it.
Got your pen and paper out cause the grocery list is pretty long for this one...1 box white angel food cake mix (just the dry mix) and a 20 oz. can crushed pineapple.
Add the entire can of pineapple into the cake mix.
Stir to combine and then watch what happens as the two ingredients react with each other.
Pour into a 9x13 greased cake pan and bake 350 for 25 minutes or until done.
Here's the best part of this recipe, it yields 16 pieces and each one is 125 calories!!
