Honey I'm Home! The Long Beach International Quilt Festival wrapped up yesterday and what a week. So great seeing customers and blog followers that I have only "seen" virtually. The vendors were so great and what can I say about the quilts. Want to see a few? Here are just a few of my favorites to start this week off with...
|
Flowers in Memory of Chris by Pat Adair |
|
Forest Intrigues by Caroline Vroom |
|
Late Autumn by Hiromi Yokota |
One of my favorites if not my favorite quilt.
|
Christmas Song for You by Hiromi Yokota |
I will post many more this week so come back and see the rest of the show, including booth photos.

The applique detail on the Christmas quilt is incredible! Is the picture of Santa on the wall within the quilt also applique?
Beautiful artistry! So much more than a quilt
Will you be vending next year at the Portland show? Would love to see you there?
The Christmas quilt is breathtaking. It reminds me a doll house that you furnish and decorate and rearrange for years=so much joy!
Hi Beardie, I don't recall if that Santa was appliqué. Wouldn't that be phenomenal?
And Marie if the timing is right on Portland next year I would certainly consider it, but if its real close to the Sisters show that might be show overload for the customers.
What an awesome Christmas quilt - I can see why this was your favorite. Glad you had a good show........
